Our Teachers

Each of us walks a different path, yet we share the same intention: to move, to breathe with awareness, and to guide with compassion. Together, we hold space for you just as you are.

Christina Petsos

Christina’s journey with yoga began in childhood alongside her competitive gymnastics training. By high school, she was practicing consistently and developing the discipline and body awareness that still shape her teaching today. As an adult, Christina explored bodybuilding but eventually realized she was craving something deeper than physical results. She returned to yoga in search of a practice that felt more sustainable and holistic. There, she found a discipline that strengthened not only her body but also her mindset. As a Power and Vinyasa instructor, Christina leads dynamic, strength focused classes designed to challenge students physically while grounding them mentally. She encourages her students to move with intention, clear their minds, and discover the resilience that lives within them.

Yoga has been part of Cristina’s life for over 10 years. She completed her 290 hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training in 2021 and her Yin Yoga certification in 2024. Alongside her physical practice, meditation is an essential part of her daily life and personal growth. She has participated in yoga retreats, special events, and classes in a variety of settings, from peaceful indoor studios to outdoor spaces surrounded by nature. These experiences have deepened her understanding that yoga can meet us anywhere and support us in every stage of life. Cristina believes yoga is for everyone, regardless of experience or background. She teaches that each of us carries within us a true inner teacher, our own inner guru, a quiet wisdom that lives inside and guides us when we learn to listen. Her purpose is to help students reconnect with that inner guidance and with their inner light. She finds deep meaning in conceptual classes where yoga philosophy, self awareness, and mental well being are explored in an accessible and personal way. Teaching is her way of giving back and sharing what she has learned with her community so that together they can grow, become better human beings, and contribute to building a more compassionate world. Outside of yoga, Cristina works in architecture and design and is deeply inspired by art, intentional spaces, and nature, especially the ocean. She loves being outdoors and enjoys activities like paddle boarding as a way to stay connected with the natural rhythm of life. She speaks Spanish and English and offers classes in both languages. She welcomes students to join her in class and share an intentional space of mutual growth. Te espero en clase para conectar con tu luz interior.
